NetEase.com to Reschedule Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2004 Results and Conference Call to February 22, 2005

(Beijing -February 3, 2005) -NetEase.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTES) announced today that it has rescheduled its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2004 results and conference call to February 22, 2005 (Eastern Time) due to the Presidents' Day holiday.
The earnings announcement, originally scheduled for February 21, 2005, will now take place at 8:00 pm Eastern Time on February 22, 2005 (Beijing/Hong Kong Time: 9:00 am, February 23, 2005). Ted Sun, Acting Chief Executive Officer, Denny Lee, Chief Financial Officer and Michael Tong, Chief Operating Officer, will be on the call to discuss the quarterly and yearly results and highlights, and answer questions.
This call is being webcast by CCBN and can be accessed at NetEase's corporate web site at http://corp.netease.com.
The webcast is also being distributed over CCBN's Investor Distribution Network to both institutional and individual investors. Individual investors can listen to the call through CCBN's individual investor center at www.companyboardroom.com or by visiting any of the investor sites in CCBN's Individual Investor Network.
